Heat Treatment facility installed Pit type Furnace having capacity of 4 MT / Day.
For 24 hrs, Online Data logger recorder available for time and temperature to monitor all process to get superior quality. We are also having in-house inspection facilities to ensure quality norms.
The plant can perform the following Heat Treatment process:
- Stress Relieving
- Hardening & Tempering
- Case Hardening (Carburizing)
- Annealing
- Solution Annealing
- Normalizing
- Precipitation Hardening
